I cannot find the solution, i uninstalled and reinstalled checked for viruses and spy ware.

Theres nothing online for a solution

1. Windows Live keeps popping up and starting up after I completely exit the program

2. When I sign in, every 20 seconds it pops up a screen with all my contacts saying, send my contact an instant message.

What can I do its very annoying.

Is this msn messenger you're talking about? If so, you could try an alternative program, like pidgin (http://www.pidgin.im/) or emesene (http://www.emesene.org/).

It's the new Windows Live. It's riddled with bugs. Try uninstalling and installing an older version. It sorted out the (different) problems for me

On my MSN messenger(I have one of the older versions) I keep getting fake conversation windows that pop up. They're my contacts, but they're not actually online and they're always sending these stupid porn and dating links. I was able to stop it for awhile after changing my password, but it started up again.

Can you configure your firewall to block those messages out?

By the sounds of things they're coming from within MSN messenger, which makes me wonder if Insernamehere has a virus, or more likely some very sneaky version of adaware.

It could be a virus as my friend's MSN was doing the same thing for awhile. Somehow her's stopped. I tried, but i'm really lacking in the computer knowledge department.

It's a virus, they're really, really common.
They usually come from people saying "oh hey, check this picture out on blahblahspace.com or they'll send you a picture which can be like Imagename.bmp.exe.
I only trust sites that I know or links from friends I know who won't try to screw me over.
I suggest scanning your computer, uninstalling WLM and Re-installing and delete all files you don't need, if it's attached to a computer folder that's needed to run the computer and your AV (Anti-Virus) program can't catch it out, your best bet is to Reformat your computer, I do this every month or so.
Hope this helps Comrade.

If they're sending to you, they have the virus, not you.
