Stupid poll.

Not supporting any of those means you have to choose that you don't support armed struggle.

where are the other gurriall movements in histroy? Also if you dont support then you dont support any Armed movement in the world.

I don't support any current insurrection, but the poll would have me choose that I don't support insurrection ever.

I dont know alot of the current Gurriall armed Forces but this poll makes me not support Mao's gurrialls forces or the Vietcong, when they were in the Vietnam war, and anyother gurriall force in the past.

I would say the Italian and Greek insurrectionists during WWII are probably my favorite groups, though that may predate most. It's proto-guerrilla

Among contemporary groups I don't know.

The Partisans during WW II were pretty awesome. They rose up against the Nazi regimes across Europe which is great.

Mao's PLA and the Vietcong.

I can't say much for the selection of groups offered up in this poll, but I'm definitely supportive of the Zapatistas.

the EZLN are the only current guerrila group im familiar with from the poll and i can identify with them.
however my favorite group is probably the july 26th movement (cuba)
closely followed by the greek WWII resistance

To pick my favorie guerilla group is like picking the best needle from a stack of needles. Though if I must choose one it would be the Native Americans during the time before America ever really existed. They were hardcore and set the bar for all guerillas in the future. The way I see that when the guerilla movment starts up here in the US there will be scalpings. Open an old wound and let people know you are serius.

I dont know enough of these movements for my vote to be serious.

Whereas I think that when there is an uprising in the US many other things have changed too. Such as the general populations view towards class struggle.

I could have chosen the NPA or FARC, but I chose EZLN because they seem to be the most progressive and least authoritarian of the three.

EZLN, but I lend my support to others as well. Fuck the petty-bourgeois Islamicist wankers though.

EZLN, because they are less annoying the others. As for favorite insurrection overall, I'm torn between the Russian Revolution and the Spanish Revolution. This would be me fighting inside of me.

EZLN, because it's only modern movements.

The Makhnovists were OG's
(original guerrillas) :D

Though I know they wouldn't really count as guerrillas, allow me to enjoy my joke in peace! lol

all the Islamists shouldn't be lumped together.

the FARC have endured the longest and on a large scale at that, so they get my vote.

you should remove shining path, they don't deserve the support of any communist.

true, the ezln doesn't even come close to what the IRA were capable of. not sure why the EZLN is so favoured honestly
