hey, I recently left my cd case consisting of over 180 good cd's in my passenger seat. My car was outside with the windows rolled down while I went in and took a shower. Just my luck, Ohio had a torrential downpour, the first rain in weeks, while I was in there. All of my cd's were soaked. I immediately brought them in and dried them off but alot of them still retained blurry, scattered spots of white areas no larger than a pen tip all over them. These blurry spots had appeared on my cd's before, and they still only appeared on some of the cd's. not all of them got wet, but most did. what are the blurry spots that show up on cds? are they places where the water has soaked into the cd and worn it away. Is it just tiny scratches? Is there any way that I can repair my cds? also, what is the best way to clean my cds? The best cleaning agent?
