Does anyone here know about the Roots? not the Nappy Roots, but the Roots. The Rappers, sorta underground rap.

Anyway does anyone have any idea when their new Album comes out?

i'd really like to see them perform live some day...

I like the Roots but they sucked live. I saw them with A Tribe Called Quest in 96 or 97. "What they do" was the song on the radio at the time.

They are much better on record than live. Or maybe it was because Tribe was amazing.

Funny thing about the Roots. As musicians they used to suck. But now they are getting better.
