The forum would clog up very swiftly if everyone started doing that.

Let me rephrase: I don't want to stiffen discussion, because that is what revleft is, a discussion board. Yet simply copy-pasting an article (or for that matter a link to one) is not starting a discussion by itself. We already have Newsbot doing just that, we don't need another one.

Practice & Propaganda A place to discuss tactics and get advice on political organisations, campaigns, and activities. Also a place to discuss the theoretics of applying ideas into practice, and to post propaganda for your political organisation (texts, flyers, posters, videos, etc).

I am all for starting discussions on a variety of topics including but not limited to ISO propaganda. I post it after reading it myself, and from now on I will include some of my thoughts about it, because I want to discuss what I feel is relevant to the socialist movement. I just thought that those articles covered a broad variety of topics that people would be interested in and posted them in the Propaganda thread.

There's a difference between posting an article in a new thread to open up discussion and simply starting a new thread with just a link to a news story. The former promotes discussion; the latter is spam.
