Dang! I just finished this MUST READ article that is not only eye opening but informative as well. Those creepy Righters and their ilk (Religionistas) have so much blood on their hands that it is beyond words. After reading this, you too will be left sitting there with EYES WIDE OPEN, to say the least. This site is FULL of great, well-researched articles that expose those creeps for what they are.... dogs who return to their own vomit . And don't think for a minute that the Right and their croonies haven't spoken, written or plotted their hatred towards the site (this article comes from) and its writers. I've personally witnessed them doing do. Go figure. Spose that's the kind of hate that happens when they're caught in bed with eachother. "They" being the church and state.

Does it really have anything to do with the "War on Drugs?"

IS THE VIOLENCE REALLY ALL ABOUT DRUGS? -
OR IS IT ABOUT U.S. DOMINATION OF MEXICO
The question to be asked in all of this, however, Is the violence in Mexico really all about drugs, or is it about the continuing U.S. domination of Mexico? Cooke believes it's the latter, and that the drug-violence is being HYPED for reasons having little to do with drugs (or any real government concern about the growing phenomenon of drug addiction in the United States), and everything to do with protecting American "investments" in Mexico.
Now, that isn't to say that there isn't a lot of drugs being "trafficked" along the Mexican border, but that's been going on for a long time. Why all the interest now? - Because a "PEOPLE'S REVOLUTION" is brewing in Mexico; one very similar to Mexico's 1911 Revolution; one that is threatening U.S. interests there - and the U.S. is looking for a pretext to intervene in that country in order to stop it?
In the light of all this unrest, U.S. investors are demanding that the revolutionary fervor in Mexico be crushed - and they are increasingly turning to the U.S. government to help them in this endeavor. And the U.S. government had better hurry if they want to stop socialism in Mexico: in Oaxaca a "PEOPLE'S GOVERNMENT" was recently declared to the horror of the "American investor community."
A "PEOPLE'S GOVERNMENT?" - There's nothing so frightening in the "Lexicon of the richy-riches" than this: it bespeaks SOCIALISM and COMMUNISM - and ultimately, the confiscation of America's ill-gotten "investments" in Mexico. Indeed, it was the establishment of a "PEOPLE'S GOVERNMENT" in Oaxaca that was the proximate cause of Calderon's so-called declaration of war against Mexico's drug traffickers - really an excuse to make war against the Mexican poor.
