I was woundering if cubans like rage or any other main stream bands, or if they listen to other types????

hmm.. The spanish kind i would assume =p
I doubt rage unless there are translated albums.. Then again I could be entirely ignorant in saying this, but I'm assuming the predominant language in cuba is spanish. I know Germany's languages are very diverse, not sure about cuba.

cuba is big into latin jazz, as well I was just watching a show off much music, where they were down in Cuba covering the Hip Hop summit, so that seemd like it had alot of support as well.

check out "Orishas" on your favourite music sharing program. They are probably the most popular band amongst youg Cubans at the moment.

They are surprisingly insular. Loads of Cuban jazz and latin music, it can be heard constantly coming from somewhere or other. The music it one of the things that makes the place so unique and full of character. Its real Cuban, not like your Ricky Martin or Gloria Estefan shite. But the Greece soundtrack was quite popular when I was there!!!

im not to sure what spanish hip hop latin jazz sounds like but it sure is a mouthful!!
