When a sportsman doesn't do his best, some coaches love to think of ways to belittle him. What are some of the outrageous examples you've heard of? I just read a few nice ones on a Dutch football website:

1. The Psycho Co

Co Adriaanse is infamous in this regard. After Shota Arveladze "forgot" to speak to the press, he made him run the route from the dressing room to the players' lounge ten times, through a room full of journalists. Bogdan Lobont once had to work in Ajax's call centre for a day, because his cell phone rang during a team talk. Psycho Co also once made his AZ players search for easter eggs for about an hour, when he actually hadn't hidden any. Or that time at Willem II when, after a poor performance, the players had to hand in their car keys and walk home...

2. The Little Pink Dress

The manager of the Brazilian club Figueirense uses this for his worst performing player. 'Nuff said.

3. Reliant Robin

At Portsmouth, the player who doesn't do his best at the training has to drive this cute three-wheeler from "Only Fools and Horses".

4. Tevez the Brazilian

Also doesn't need much explanation. :D

I read in Tim Vickery's blog on BBC Sport, that the player started playing a lot better after wearing the skirt
