I'm not sure if it's so new in the US but it's just come out in the UK. Whatever, that's irrelevant. It's pretty cool if you ask me, and it made me laugh, especially the bit where he dresses up as Bin Laden and dances...tehehe.

Basically, I though an Eminem debate would be good cos opinions have never been so polarised as over Marshall Mathers. Personally, although I hate homophobic and sadistically violent lyrics, I can feel a certain respect for the man cos he's winding up the mainstream in a big way. I support shock music cos I like watching conservatives getting wound up over it, I guess.

Im an ICP fan so I guess that makes us bitter rivals. :)

Nah, I just don't like Eminems music. But I agree with you on the necesity of shock to freak out conservative pussies. I got into listening to Howard Stern's radio show for the sole reason that it freaked the shit out of Wally George. Howard Stern is entertaining though, and hillarious.

Which song is the vid to? I'd like to download it, if only to see Eminem in a turban ;)

I'm not actually sure. The chorus bangs on about "controverSY...world would be so empty without ME" though...

The song is called "without me."

I bout shit myself when i saw him dressed like osama, because people in america don't take kindly to that type of shit. I think that if the right conservatives get a hold of it, they will make it bigger than the homophobe thing was.

Also, you would think conservatives would love Eminem because of his homophobic lyrics.

Personally, i'm not a fan of Eminem, but i'm no enemy of his either. If you take Eminem seriously enough to hate him you're a little stuck up in my opinion. The Sheffield University banned his music because of its negative content and it hasnt acheived anything, it was just a load of posh-wankers doing goody-goody deeds that dont actually take any effort.

Saw him at Reading 2001 with D-12 and even though i was a little bored, it wasnt that bad actually. :)

Me too...I thought he was dull personally. Mind you, I was knacked after Marilyn Manson and System of a Down. You going to Reading this year?? The line-up isn't so strong so far, but I think I'll be there for The Hives and The Prodigy...

It's not surprising to hear that Eminem is jumping on the 9/11 bandwagon. Yay for him for such 'artistic creativity.' I wouldn't watch a video of his for any amount of money.

Well, I always hated Eminem's music and attitud, but that scene is just hillarious!

I downloaded the whole video just to see him breakdance as Osama, and it was worth it ;)

I saw the vid. mildly amusing. He was just taken the mick out of everything and himself. What was all the fuss?
Just another nihilistic windup merchant going a little OTT to get some bucks out of the entertainment industry.
