This man was the boss of RBS, the bank which went under recently.
It made a loss of 24.1 billion pounds sterling, the biggest loss in UK corporate history.
Sir Fred got off with a huge pension of £703,000 a year. Many people have been left jobless and without any money at all.

Serves the bastard right. If only they'd do that and more to all the bankers.

lol. Iowa liked HLVS' thread on this more than mine.
Ahem. Getting back on track. Obviously, I'm pleased that Mr Goodwin is learning that all the money in the world cant save him, but was anyone else suprised that he was found? Heck, if I'd known where he was I might have thrown a stone or two myself!

I think it should be seized along with all his assets and distributed in whatever form to those who lost their jobs in the recessiob, or given to a charity of some sorts.
But that'd never happen under capitalism so this will have to do.

Its funny how hypercritical the media has been in all this. Just last week they where crying out about how this man is a criminal for getting that humongous pension at the expense of tax payers (and that was from the Daily Mail as well). Yet, all of a sudden this has happened today, and they are telling of this 'chilling' attack from scary evil anti-capitalists of this 'poor' and 'shaken' individual. And now they are worried for him as the so called 'against big-bankers' have promised more action. ah bless.

The first idea is fine, but most charities are corrupt in many ways, he can keep his money and bury it with him when he dies alone.
