AlJazeera: Danish T-shirt 'terror' case upheld (http://english.aljazeera.net/news/europe/2009/03/20093251383742637.html)

The ruling of the Copenhagen appeals court in 2008 had overturned a lower court ruling in December 2007 that acquitted seven defendants after finding that the two organisations were "not really terrorist" groups.

During this month's trial it was revealed that in Sweden several acts of financial support for PFLP and Farc had not lead to charges being brought.
Further proving to me that Sweden is a freer nation than any other I have heard of...

That's kinda why I juxtaposed the two nations.

Ok, that's one case and I'm not avid on defending Sweden. I just admire it for having greater freedoms in regards to the UN Freedom index and the social programs in place. As I understand it, conservatism is still rampant, they take advantage of cheap Chinese labor, and immigrant rights are abhorrent. So I'm not about to defend that, either. I just admire the respect for speech and conscience, as exhibited in this case and ThePirateBay case.
