Is this song pro or anti communist?

The song is called "Star Spangled Bannered." It is sung by the Iron Curtain band. It is the Star Spangled Banner (USA national anthem) sung to the Russian tune, followed by this line:

"Oh, dark of personal gain.
The White House commies still hold the reins.
Oh, with their guns, their freaks,
and the morally depraved."

It seems pro-communist until the word "commies" is used in a seemingly insulting way. Opinions?

I've seen it before and assumed it was just an idiotic basically apolitical parody done for the hell of it.

BTW shouldn't your poll options be "pro" "anti" instead of "yes" "no"? It's kind of confusing the way it is.
