Chapter Two　Theory of Communist Economic Dao



Section One　Daoist Principle of the Communist Economic Mechanism

The Daoist principle of the Communist economic mechanism is that the Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism generates the Moral Mysterious Mechanism and the Moral Mysterious Mechanism in turn generates the Communist Mysterious Mechanism. So the Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism, the Moral Mysterious Mechanism and the Communist Mysterious Mechanism are a complete system of the Daoist mechanism of Communist economy from the inside to the outside, from the profound to the shallow, from the simple to the complicated, and from the abstract to the concrete.

I. The Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism

The Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism is the cognition of the human thinking mechanism from the angle of life.

The enterprise life body formed by the interaction and interfusion between the spirit and matter of the enterprise is an inductive life body. The heart of life is the center of life induction, and the inductive center formed by the interaction and interfusion of all spiritual elements and material elements inside the enterprise life is the heart of the enterprise. The heart of the enterprise is the common induction from things by the humanity of all the people of the enterprise, and the matter of the enterprise refers to the assets and properties owned by the enterprise that play a part in the capitalist market. The heart and the matter of the enterprise, each as one pole, interact and interfuse with each other. They are interdependent and co-existent and operate in a perfectly fusing way, forming the Taiji Mysterious Mechanism of the enterprise life, and this is called the Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism of the enterprise.

In the Communist enterprise, the heart of the enterprise is the inductive system of the humanity of its laborers, which is an independent spiritual entity. The heart of the enterprise can have induction from the matter, and if the independence of the enterprise heart is very weak, the spiritual energy will be attracted and adhered by the material energy, so that the spirit loses its independence. Then the enterprise will become an enterprise life body that rates materials much higher than spirit and gives priority to material benefits. When developed to its extreme, it may become an immoral enterprise lacking in social responsibility and inferior goods and swindles will emerge, bringing damage and destruction to society and the enterprise itself. This kind of enterprise will receive punishment from law and the government for disrupting the market order. If the independence of the enterprise heart is too powerful and the spiritual energy overpowers the material energy, the material independence will be lost, and there will arise subjective fantasies and enterprise conducts contravening objective laws, resulting in blind production operations, causing damage to the enterprise assets. Both these states are the manifestation of imbalance between the heart and the matter of the enterprise.

If the enterprise subjectively has the ability to balance the interaction between spirit and matter and is able to balance consciously the interaction between the enterprise spirit and matter, forming a stable and balanced body of rotating mechanism with spirit and matter as two poles, then this enterprise not only operates evenly and soundly, but also is long-lasting. This requires that the heart of the enterprise should have sensitive inductive ability to balance the relationship between spirit and matter, able to perceive the trend of imbalance between spirit and matter at any time and make prompt trend adjustments, maintaining the balanced movement between spirit and matter. This is the vital role of the enterprise heart.

Whether the enterprise heart has the sensitive balance depends on the degree of humanity awakening and ideological consciousness of the enterprise personnel, that is, it is determined by humanity and morality of the enterprise culture. The ideology of Communist Daoism has the cultural function of awakening humanity, so the enterprise culture formed by Communist Daoism is able to furnish the enterprise heart with highly sensitive induction and furnish the enterprise life system with very strong self-balance. This is the vital role of the enterprise heart. The Communist enterprise heart possesses awakened humanity and humanity spirit independent of matter, as well as the inductive ability to balance the interactive relationship between spirit and matter subjectively.

In other words, heart-matter co-existence means that the heart is independent of matter but it also maintains the Taiji relationship of balanced interaction subjectively with it. This Mysterious Mechanism of heart-matter interaction is the Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism. The Daoist principle of the Communist enterprise originates from the Heart-Matter Mysterious Mechanism formed by the perfectly fusing movement of the heart-matter co-existence.

II. The Moral Mysterious Mechanism

The Moral (道德, Daode) Mysterious Mechanism is the cognition of the human thinking mechanism from the angle of living.

The Dao (道, way) of the Communist enterprise is that enterprise operation should follow the law of value of the market and market exchange rules. And the De (德, virtue) of the Communist enterprise is the ideology of Communist Daoism the Communist enterprise personnel have, including the humanity awakening and the profound cognition over such things as the world, society, human living, life, existence, etc. Therefore, Communist enterprise De is the spiritual entity of the Communist enterprise personnel. Communist Daoism reveals the social lifestyle of the Communist society built on the theme that “humanity is completely liberated” and “labor is man’s primary need”. This has solved the significant problem in social Daoism of how to set up the naturally operating social mechanism dominated by moral matters in the situation where there is no state, politics, government, law, money, etc, in the Communist society, and the Communist enterprise is an economic production unit engaged in establishing the Communist lifestyle under the guidance of Communist Daoism. Between the Dao and De of the Communist enterprise, Communist enterprise De is a spiritual entity independent of Communist enterprise Dao and it has independent ideological characteristics. The Dao and De of the Communist enterprise are independent of each other, but are interdependent and interactive at the same time. They interact and interfuse with each other and jointly form the Moral Mysterious Mechanism of the Communist enterprise. The Moral Mysterious Mechanism of the Communist enterprise is the Daoist power for the existence and development of the Communist enterprise. This power comes from the spiritual demand for labor enjoyment of the moral humanity of the Communist enterprise personnel.

Communist enterprise De is embodied by the Communist enterprise culture. The Communist enterprise culture is the spiritual space of the Communist enterprise personnel, and the quality of the spiritual space determines the quality of the spiritual productive force the Communist enterprise can release. The material assets of the Communist enterprise have capital energy in the capitalist market, and this capital energy is the material productive force of the Communist enterprise, which can only be released under the effect of human spirit. The spiritual productive force and the material productive force of the Communist enterprise interact with each other and form the social productive force of the Communist enterprise in the social economic system, which reflects the general strength of the Communist enterprise in the national economic system. Therefore, the social productive force of the Communist enterprise grows out of the Moral Mysterious Mechanism of the Communist enterprise. With its social productive force, the Communist enterprise will have the ability to survive in the capitalist market, and in turn have the Communist lifestyle for the Communist enterprise personnel under the living conditions of the capitalist market. In a word, the Communist living in the Communist enterprise comes from the Moral Mysterious Mechanism of the Communist enterprise.

III. The Communist Mysterious Mechanism

The Communist Mysterious Mechanism is the cognition of the human thinking mechanism from the angle of existence.

The Communist Mysterious Mechanism refers to the operation mechanism of the Communist lifestyle formed in the natural development of the Communist enterprises, and it is a naturally operating Daoism mechanism resulting from the complementation of properties between Communist economic Dao bodies. The core of Daoism is intelligent naturalness. Intelligent naturalness is an operation mechanism homogeneous to the operation law of nature and with the same property and function, formed jointly by the intelligent subjectivity and the material objectivity. The Communist Mysterious Mechanism is an intelligently and naturally operating mechanism of existence. The Communist Mysterious Mechanism is created by intelligence, and an intelligent natural mechanism is superior to the natural mechanism of natural things and is an advanced natural mechanism. The Communist Mysterious Mechanism is a superior intelligent natural mechanism created by human intelligence.

The Communist enterprise has three major elements: the Communist culture, the sharing fund and the natural mechanism, which form the essence and feature of the Communist enterprise.

The Communist enterprise has three major Dao bodies: the Communist culture, Communist means and the Communist system, forming the production Dao field of the Communist enterprise.

The Communist culture includes Taiji Daoism, Communist Daoism and the history of the Communist movement. The Communist culture is the soul of the Communist enterprise, and the depth of the Communist moral ideology of the Communist culture determines the degree of communization of the enterprise. The more profound Communist moral ideology the Communist enterprise has, the greater its spiritual productive force is, the greater easiness life has and the more liberated humanity is. The Communist spiritual Dao body of Communist culture gives rise to yearnings for the Communist lifestyle and the pursuit of it, which in turn generate spiritual productive force. The spiritual productive force combines with the material productive force and forms the production capacity of the Communist enterprise.

Communist means include means of production in the physical form and value form, such as machinery, factory buildings, equipment, land rent, raw materials, products, office facilities, circulating funds, etc, which determine the level of the material productive force. The material productive force can only release its productive energy under the effect of the spiritual productive force. What quality the spiritual productive force has and whether the interactive and interfusing mechanism between the spiritual productive force and the material productive force is natural and perfectly fusing determine the quality and degree of the energy release of the material productive force. The higher quality the spiritual productive force has and the more natural and perfectly fusing the interactive and interfusing mechanism between the spiritual productive force and the material productive force is, the better quality and higher degree of energy release the material productive force has, and the higher quality products can be produced.

The Communist system is the regulations and norms of production and living of the Communist enterprise in the value form, which is the development platform for the Communist culture and the Communist means to interact and interfuse with each other to form production capacity, and it is an efficient medium for the interaction between the spiritual productive force and the material productive force. The function of the medium is to transmit energy and be the field for energy interaction. The spiritual productive force and the material productive force of the Communist enterprise form production capacities in the medium of the Communist system, develop the Communist lifestyle and form the Communist Mysterious Mechanism of the Communist enterprise.

Communism and capitalism are two civilization systems of opposite natures. Communism is a non-possessive civilization while capitalism is a possessive civilization. In the operation of the Communist Mysterious Mechanism, the Communist enterprise combines the Communist lifestyle perfectly with the capitalist lifestyle, so that they interact and interfuse with each other, inter-dependent and co-existent, forming a natural mechanism that develops the Communist lifestyle. Therefore, the Communist system of the Communist enterprise is a very special managerial system, which has the special function of fusing capitalist elements and Communist ones to jointly develop the Communist lifestyle.

In the construction of the Communist social economic system, the Communist enterprise economy provides a favorable external environment for the development of the SCEZ economy, and the SCEZ economy serves as the backing of mutual development for the development of the Communist enterprise economy. The Communist enterprise economy is developed by the people and the SCEZ economy is developed by the government. They respond to each other, motivate each other, rely on each other, and jointly form the integral Communist Mysterious Mechanism of the Communist social economy.

Section Two　Structure of the Communist Economic Dao Field


I. Overview of the Communist Economic Dao Field

A Dao field is a place where things grow, mature, and develop, and an economic Dao field is a place where economy grows, matures and develops. The capitalist economic Dao field is the capitalist market, which enables the capitalist lifestyle to grow, mature and develop continuously. The Communist economic Dao field is an intelligently operating bionic Dao field, which can keep the humanistic lifestyle growing, maturing and developing. A so-called bionic Dao field is a bio-field simulating to the biological relationship between the organs of the human life. The bionic Dao field of the Communist economy is like the relationship between human organs, which are complementary. None of them can dominate or do without the others. It is a plane cooperative relationship with complementary functions, in which all the elements are interdependent and co-existent, prospering or declining as one, and form one integrated naturally operating system.

The Communist economic Dao field is made of a complete series of Communist economic Dao bodies with complementary functions, which is able to conduct material transformation and proliferation, changing one material form into another form or turning one material function into another. The Communist economic Dao field is made up of two parts: the material Dao field and the spiritual Dao field.

The material Dao field: It is a Daoist mechanism of transformation and proliferation formed by the interaction and interfusion of complementary functions of various material Dao bodies in the economic system. The material Dao body consists of the production Dao body, the logistic Dao body, the information Dao body, the consumption Dao body, the file Dao body, the resource Dao body, the ecology Dao body, the science Dao body, the planning Dao body, etc. In the transitional Communist economic system, there are also the legislation Dao body, the inspection Dao body, the training Dao body, etc. When established, these material Dao bodies can form a rather sound operating mechanism of interaction and interfusion, forming one integrated bio-field capable of conducting material transformation and proliferation. This is the material Dao field. Living in this material Dao body, the human life can have control over it and is also under its control. They are interdependent and co-existent, forming a perfectly fusing relationship, in which human intelligence attains a balanced movement between taking control and being controlled, generating and proliferating material products necessary for human existence, and this is the material Dao field of the Communist economy.

The spiritual Dao field: It is a spiritual mechanism of transformation and proliferation formed by the interaction and interfusion of complementary functions of various spiritual Dao bodies in the economic system. The spiritual Dao body consists of the education Dao body, the culture Dao body, the health Dao body, the childbirth Dao body, the old-age care Dao body, etc. In the transitional Communist economic system, there are also the cultivation Dao body and the publicity Dao body. When established, these spiritual Dao bodies can form a rather sound operating mechanism of interaction and interfusion, forming one integrated bio-field capable of conducting spiritual transformation and proliferation. This is the spiritual Dao field. Living in this spiritual Dao body, the human life can have control over it and is also under its control. They are interdependent and co-existent, forming a perfectly fusing relationship, in which human intelligence attains a balanced movement between taking control and being controlled, generating and proliferating spiritual products necessary for human existence, and this is the spiritual Dao field of the Communist economy.

The Communist Dao field: Human life is quite special. It can both have control over matter and spirit, and be controlled by them. When human mind is independent of the control of matter and spirit, it is the life wisdom of mankind. Human life spirit consists of biological spirit and humanity spirit. The biological spirit is the manifestation of the biological instinct of the body, like hunger, feelings of cold and warmth, sexual desire, emotions, etc; morally awakened humanity can be independent of matter or spirit and this is the life wisdom of mankind, manifested in human life as a superior spirit exceeding the biological instinct. This is the unique spirit of mankind, which is called humanity spirit, or cultural spirit. Therefore, life wisdom is humanity spirit. In the Communist economic system, the material Dao field and the spiritual Dao field interact and interfuse with each other and form the production Dao field. The humanity spirit is the life wisdom awakened in Communist Daoism, and what is formed by the interaction and interfusion between humanity spirit and the production Dao field is the Communist Dao field.

II. Definitions of the Material Dao Bodies of Communist Economy

Material Dao bodies include the production Dao body, the logistic Dao body, the information Dao body, the consumption Dao body, the file Dao body, the resource Dao body, the ecology Dao body, the science Dao body, the planning Dao body, the legislation Dao body, the inspection Dao body, the training Dao body, etc. Among them, the legislation Dao body, the inspection Dao body and the training Dao body exist only in the transitional Communist economic system. When it becomes a mature Communist economic system, that is, when the Communist economic system develops from the sharing system into the Communist system, these three Dao bodies will naturally disappear.

The production Dao body: It is the material system that produces material products, including means of production, production objects, production tools, etc. The Communist economy is a real economy and has no fictitious value economy. There are only material products and no value products, no salary or employment. People choose their jobs freely and harmoniously, and labor will become man’s primary need.

The logistic Dao body: What circulate in the Communist economy are real objects rather than value. The logistic system must be highly developed, and the exchange of all the material products between suppliers and users is implemented by the fast, handy and intelligent logistic system.

The information Dao body: The information system is the foundation of the Communist economy, without which there would be no intelligent and natural operation of the Communist economy. The Communist economy must implement the connection and interaction between various wills of cooperation, responses of supply and demand, balanced operations, etc, in a highly developed information system, forming a social economic mechanism that operates intelligently and naturally without value, politics or administration.

The consumption Dao body: The Communist consumption system is one without the medium of value. The principle of taking according to needs in the physical form is implemented and people can take what they actually need and enjoy material pleasure with noble humanity and morality.

The file Dao body: It manages the sharing identities of the Communist personnel, follow their life tracks and record their states of health. In the transitional economic system, it also tracks and records the moral behaviors and virtue-ability levels of the Communist personnel and naturally raises or lowers their virtue-ability levels based on the records in the virtue-ability files.

The resource Dao body: It establishes the balance between resources, production and consumption. It also makes strategic distributions of the resource markets and set up a production Dao field with a complete system.

The ecology Dao body: It studies the ecological balance between physical resources necessary for human existence and human production and consumption and monitors the dynamic state of balance between production, consumption and ecology.

The science Dao body: It carries out researches into new materials, new power sources and new techniques, improves productivity, increases the comfort level of the production environment and the living environment and increases the viability of the transitional Communist economy.

The planning Dao body: The planning in the Communist economy refers to the design and planning of happy Communist living realms. So long as everybody votes for them and creates them together, then people share not only the joy in the process of creation, but also the joy from the result of the creation

The legislation Dao body: This is a Dao body of the transitional Communist economy, which maintains the steady growth of the Communist economy with the existing laws and regulations.

The inspection Dao body: This is a Dao body of the transitional Communist economy. Inspection institutions are set up to crack down harmful motivations and behaviors that are destructive to the Communist cause.

The training Dao body: This is a Dao body of the transitional Communist economy, which carries out trainings in the study of the Communist moral realms, and whoever is qualified is awarded a virtue-ability certificate. Only when a person has acquired a virtue-ability certificate is he qualified to join the sharing system and share the Communist life.

III. Definitions of the Spiritual Dao Bodies of the Communist Economy

Spiritual Dao bodies include the education Dao body, the culture Dao body, the health Dao body, the childbirth Dao body, the old-age care Dao body, the cultivation Dao body, the publicity Dao body, etc. Among these, the cultivation Dao body and the publicity Dao body exist only in the transitional Communist economic system. When it becomes a mature Communist economic system, that is, when the Communist economic system develops from the sharing system into the Communist system, such Dao bodies will naturally disappear.

The education Dao body: It carries on education in Daoism, cultivates and establishes the Daoist thinking and knowledge of Daoism and Communism of all the people, forms and maintains the ideological system and thinking mode of Communist morality.

The culture Dao body: It creates the spiritual space of Communist morality in various literary and artistic forms and forms the Communist Daoist culture by fusing Daoist culture and the knowledge of Communism into literary and artistic works, which will be passed on from generation to generation, so that later-comers can keep developing the spiritual living space in the Communist Daoist culture and become people who live on Communist Daoism.

The health Dao body: Communist lives take pleasure from healthy life and this is the core of life enjoyment. All production and living in the Communist society takes healthy life as the basic requirement. Any production or living favorable for healthy life can be enjoyed to the heart’s content, and any production or living harmful for healthy life would be rejected. All production and living must comply with the requirements of healthy life, and this makes it necessary to carry out profound cognition and scientific development of the interior structure of human life.

The childbirth Dao body: Birth is the starting point of life, and the infantile stage of people will be spent in the process of fostering. In the Communist lifestyle, childbirth is not only the duty for human continuity, but also a happy life enjoyment.

The old-age care Dao body: This is a happy place for the aged to enjoy their late years, where they not only spend their late years happily, but also come to a perfect conclusion, with a wonderful full stop to life.

The cultivation Dao body: This is a Dao body of the transitional Communist economy, mainly because people’s minds in the transitional period are in the alternation of two civilization systems. The mind is a component of life, which is an intelligent factor that grows with life and fuse into it in life. The transition of people’s minds from the old system to a new one is in fact a process of Daoist cultivation in which the old life body is replaced by a new one, so in the transitional period, there are cultivation methods for the replacement of the new and old lives and necessary cultivation organizations to help people awaken in humanity and complete the cultivation of the new life, achieving the cultivation attainment of the Communist life as soon as possible. These mainly refer to the various training and guidance institutions of Communist Daoism here.

The publicity Dao body: This is a Dao body of the transitional Communist economy, which publicizes the Daoist culture and the Communist ideology through various media, so that more people can accept the Daoist culture and the Communist ideology quickly, join the team of builders of the Communist lifestyle and become the enjoyers of Communist lives.

Section Three　Daoist Principles of the Communist Economy

The Communist economy is built in the midst of the capitalist lifestyle with complicated human minds and ideologies. To accomplish the transition of the human social economic operation mechanism from the complex to the simple, from the controlled to the nature, and the transitions from the possessive society to the non-possessive society and from the capitalist society to the Communist society, it is necessary to follow strictly the nine major Daoist principles that conform to scientific laws and Daoist theories in the process of the transitions, especially at their initial stages, and to establish the Communist economic system and accomplish a thorough revolution and replacement of the human lifestyle and the human civilization system on this basis. To judge whether an economic system is a Communist economic system or whether an enterprise is a Communist one, it is enough to see whether it conforms to the three major basic principles and the six major construction principles. They are if they do; otherwise, they are not.

I. The Three Major Basic Principles

All the three major basic principles of the Communist social economy must be abided by and none of them can be excluded.

1. The Principle of Non-Benefit

The Communist economy is a non-possessive economy, and therefore it is non-benefit. Communism means sharing of real objects, and to realize the sharing of real objects, it is necessary to abolish benefits; to abolish benefits, it is necessary to abolish possession. Possession inevitably brings about benefits, benefits inevitably bring about conflicts and conflicts inevitably bring about afflictions. The Communist economy is the foundation of the Communist society and the Communist economic construction is an economic cause to create the Communist lifestyle. The Communist lifestyle is a happy lifestyle without conflicts or afflictions, and it is necessary for humankind to establish the Communist social economic system in order to live in a happy lifestyle without conflicts or afflictions from conflicts. The task of the Communist economy is to abolish possession, establish a non-benefit economy, and transform the possessive society into a non-possessive society and the economy of benefits into non-benefit economy. Such is the process, task and significance of the Communist economic construction. Therefore, the principle of non-benefit is the primary principle that Communist economy should follow.

2. The Principle of Naturalness

The supreme state of the Communist lifestyle is to attain the state of intelligent and natural operation. Communist existence is a lifestyle of beings with great wisdom. Human beings are beings of great wisdom, with the ability of changing nature. Despite the great wisdom capable of changing nature, human beings will not exert dominance over nature at will. Instead, they will build their own lifestyle into the state of natural operation just like nature with their great wisdom, and this is an intelligent and natural movement. Natural movement is the property of Dao, and Daoism is a study that reveals and simulates natural movements with wisdom. Naturalness is harmony. To attain natural movement is to attain harmonious movement, and to create and maintain intelligent and natural movement is in essence to create and maintain the Dao nature of perfect fusion of intelligent and natural movement. Therefore, intelligent and natural operation is the Daoist movement of perfect fusion. This natural operation mechanism in which wisdom and nature are highly assimilated is the kernel principle and supreme state of communist living, and is also the kernel content of the upgrade of the human society into the advanced intelligent society (called the Great Dao society). Therefore, the principle of naturalness is the ultimate goal of construction pursued in the Communist economic system, and it is also the basic principle that the Communist economic system should abide by.

3. The Principle of Morality

This is the basic principle of the Communist economic system. Both the production interaction and consumption sharing should follow the law of morality in the Moral Mysterious Mechanism and must be components of the Moral Mysterious Mechanism. Each of the Communist personnel must know what Dao is, what De is, what the Moral Mysterious Mechanism is and what the law of morality is. They should keep enhancing their moral cultivation, fuse the Moral Mysterious Mechanism into their lives and make it part of life, forming moral spirits and moral lives. Moral life determines a person’s moral saying and doing and what a moral life thinks, seeks and does are within the Moral Mysterious Mechanism. They won’t go beyond the Moral Mysterious Mechanism, and are all contents of the Moral Mysterious Mechanism. This is the principle for conducts that Communist economy should abide by.

II. Six Major Construction Principles

1. The Principle of Equality

Two principles of equality should be followed inside the Communist economic system: one is to establish a plane production operation mechanism of the production relationship and realize the equality of personality in labor; the other is to establish the operation mechanism for the sharing of consumption funds and realize the equality of personality in living. The two equalities of personality are both called equality of humanity. A plane production operation mechanism is a production system in which there are not administrative directions but only consultations and interactions. Instead of such phenomena of man dominating man as leadership and directions in production, there is only organization of production on the basis of equal consultation. Productive labor is only carried on through consultations and interactions, truly realizing the equality of personality. In the period of transition, there is no sense of hierarchy of labor value but only the sense of virtue-ability level in the sharing operation mechanism. The level of consumption is determined not by the nature of work or the labor post but by the virtue-ability level assessed on a unified basis in the entire Communist economic system. The virtue-ability level is determined according to the mastery of the knowledge of Communist Daoism and the Communist moral cultivation of the Communist personnel. The higher the virtue-ability level is, the greater sharing consumption amount one can take according to needs. In the Communist society, including the SCEZ society, there is no difference in consumption between virtue-ability levels and everyone can take material objects for daily use according to his needs freely and indistinguishably. This is the basic principle that must be followed in the whole Communist economic system.

2. The Principle of Entity

Social product exchanges have always been implemented with money as the medium in human societies. The medium of money came into being when both materials and information were extremely scarce, and this continued later. Currently, materials and information are extremely plentiful in the human world, which makes it possible for the function of money to retreat gradually. The continued existence of the medium of money can only make the exchanges of social products complicated and hard to control, resulting in greed in people’s hearts in the exchanges of money value of the plentiful materials. It is exactly the task and feature of the Communist economy to set up a non-possessive exchange mechanism of real objects without the medium of money. The possessive mechanism and money value are the root causes of contradictions, corruption and contests, whereas such problems do not exist in a non-possessive economy of real objects, so the non-possessive economy can eliminate contradictions, corruption and contests. The Communist economy is an entity economy with exchanges of real objects, and in principle, no fictitious economy of value, like banking, will be operated. And if fictitious economy should be necessary in special cases, it must be beneficial for the development of the entity economy and the operation mechanism of the natural withdrawal of the virtual economy should be established. This is the operation principle that all Communist economies should follow.

3. The Principle of Free Will

Affiliation with the Communist economic system must be a behavior of free will, without any administrative effect or enforcement. Only when the human heart is voluntary can it accept regulations and naturalness be achieved. The Communist economy is an economic undertaking that invents and creates the Communist lifestyle instead of seeking existence in competitions for interests, so the affiliation of enterprises, groups and individuals with the Communist economic system must be a conscious and willing pursuit of undertaking instead of a forced one, or a voluntary pursuit of benefits. This spirit of self-devotion to seek Dao is the special nature of Communist enterprises, which is the noble realm of the outlook of enterprise existence impossible for capitalist enterprises.

II. Excellent Spiritual Productive Force

From the viewpoint of economics, Communist culture can produce excellent spiritual productive force. Only when the spiritual productive force combines with the material productive force can the social productive force of the Communist economy be formed. The enterprise is the creator of the product function, which is the materialized ideological system of man’s scientific cognition, scientific creation and scientific application of the functions of things. In every product of the enterprise is embodied the spiritual effects of the scientific knowledge, scientific creation and scientific application of the manufacturer, including mental and physical effects. This ability of the spiritual effect on matter to form product functions is the spiritual productive force. In the Communist economy, the Communist moral ideology is filled with the spirit of happiness of Communist labor and the spirit of perfect fusion of Communist morality in the course of production. These spirits are the productive power to create product functions, furnishing the product functions with high responsibility, harmony and fineness. This is the excellent spiritual productive force. The excellent spiritual productive force of the Communist economy is not only the spiritual enjoyment of the Communist personnel, but also the spiritual power to create fine product functions for society. In the product functions of the Communist economy are embodied the spiritual happiness and moral realms of the Communist personnel. Whoever uses the product can come to contact with and enjoy the spiritual happiness and moral characters of the Communist personnel they have poured into it. Such a product is a fine-quality product, and it is only excellent spiritual productive force that can produce such a fine-quality product blessed with both spiritual happiness and moral characters.

III. Active Low Production Consumption

The greatest advantage of the Communist economy is the presence of the noble Communist moral realm, which exists from the Communist Mysterious Mechanism to the Communist culture.
