Disturbing thing on the radio - this was disturbing

On our local radio station they play little clips of stuff and one of them was, Disturbing.

[Guy] So how old are you?
[Kid] 5
[Guy] You wear a diaper?
[Kid] No
[Guy] So you whipe your own ass?
[Kid] Yes
[Guy] That's cool great job.

I don't know if that's supposed to mean that, but knowing some of the other ones have hidden meanings, That sounds deeply disturbing.
