Straighten this out for me please: Is it Spearhead? or Michael Franti and Spearhead? I want to do some research on him/them but it's difficult not knowing the exact title of the band. Thanks!

im pretty sure he formed the band in 1994. i think they just say Michael Franti AND Spearhead just because Michael Frant is such a big name, and everyone will know what its about. the site is

they are AMAZING live! i saw them last month and you just dont stop dancing, they were so magical, no holy.
