Has anybody seen this movie with Emilio Estevez? It's pretty good. It's entirely a drama focusing on a character suffering from Post-Tramatic Stress disorder after returning from Vietnam. It's not really political at all - but pure drama, suffering from a disorder in a crazy family. Kathy Bates plays the mother.
