Are they worth reading, and does anyone know where I can get them from cheap in London?

I would definitely recommend both of them, but i'm not sure where you would buy them. I'm not in the UK.

I have the same problem actually, but unfortunately I don't have any leftist literature in book form yet. :(

Oh well. I will eventually. When I move out i'm probably going to form my own branch of IMT.

Dont know about the other one.

Trotsky wrote it. Therefore by default it must be good.

They're both pretty good.

I'm guessing you can find both most cheaply through www.abebooks.com (http://www.abebooks.com)

I agree with The state and the revolution, the second work is an attack on the soviet union.

I agree with The state and the revolution, the second work is an attack on the soviet union.

It is actually a critique on Stalinism, the biggest threat to the Soviet Union. History has vindicated the analysis brought forward in the book completely. I do recommend it.

As for cheap stores I recommend http://socialistbooks.co.uk
