On Immortal Technique' s album 'The 3rd World' theres a song called 'That's What It Is' and at the end of it theres like a bit of audio from what sounds like a film were the man talks about there not being any Americans ect. just rich people and poor people, does anyone know what film this is from?

You don't? Not even The 3rd World album? Whats not to like on that? Some of the "omg he's sexist/homophobic" shit doesn't even apply on this album, he doesn't even mention anything about that on it.
