Los De Abajo

For any of you who speak Spanish, you might be interested in checking out Los De Abajo. They are a really cool band from Mexico that sing about progressive themes. There music is also really great. Unfortunately for those who don't spak Spanish, the one CD they've released so far is exclusively in Spanish. Another band worth checking out is Cara Dura, a Mexican-American band. They became defunct a short while ago, and their lyrics aren't quite as political as Los De Abajo's, but they sing in both English and Spanish, and they're giving their CDs away for free now that they're defunct, and you can also download them from their website.
