Also it sucks ass there isn't much G-Funk made these days... mainstream hip hop is dominated by east coast shit, bleehhh

Showing my age here but I though this was going to be a thread about Grand Funk Railroad! I couldn't imagine why anyone would still be pushing a band who were pretty awfull even in their own time.

I will now shuffle off on my zimmer and allow you young beatnicks to get back to your disco. ;)

If I included every awesome g-funk song it'd be several hours worth of Youtube videos lol

Well even though East Coast is dominanting and the only real West coast which has made much impact is the Game, I'd say the shit which is destroying hip-hop is the majority of the Southern rap. Lil Jon, Soulja Boy, etc.

I reluctantly agree. I may not be a big fan of East Coast shit but it's not necessarily negative for the game in general. A lot of the Southern rap is pretty mindless.

Does anybody else like the Lady of Rage? She's fucking awesome imo:

Lady of Rage is fucking awesome. I loved her in Dr. Dre's "Lyrical Gangbang" and Snoop Dogg's "G Funk Intro". Female rappers are so rare which is a shame since female rappers have this sort of quality about them that I like. Especially female gangsta rappers, who embody to me "I may be a chick, but I can still kick your ass".

Here's the two tracks I like with her in it.
