As of now is there any place in the world that is in an anarchist state?

Depends of your definition of an anarchist state. The international waters are the least ruled places of the world, but there is little to do there.

States cannot be anarchist. There are certainly large anarchist projects and autonomous zones.

No there isnt anything similar with Anarchism, as we talk now, maybe some small systems can be near and have some points from Anarchism, but nothing whole Anarchistic, and as pointed above Anarchist state is an oxymoron, they cant coexist.

He means is there a place existing through anarchist organisation. The use of state in this context, is the same as saying 'state of affairs', not as in the institution we call the State.
I assume.

I just think it's important to be precise about wording. Especially since there are like 2923849023 definitions of the word "state" floating around the site.
