Heard about this yesterday.

Apologies if this has already been reported I had a look and couldnt find anything. This is one of the first links I got when I searched google.

What are your thoughts folks? I'm rather amazed myself. The media have reported across the world that the Tigers have been getting weaker. The fact that they possess aircraft surprised me too. A guerrilla group with planes as part of their arsenal is not common as far as I am aware.

They also have a Navy, the only insurgency group in the world that has one if I'm correct... but that's neither here nor there.

I heard of this before (That the Tamil tigers have airplanes, etc).
But I don't know...the situation seems dire for them; I heard they lost some strongholds and the capital city they were planning to establish.
