Webspace for new party - Need webspace, shell access, PHP &

I'm looking for some webspace for a new political party I'm involved in, the Socialist Party of Alaskan Independence. I'd like to have access to PHP and MySQL too, if possible. Does anyone know of a shell account or server with these features that'd be willing to host the site?
