We have to admit. The forum administrators have done a fantastic job on this site drawing in people from various different views. There has been lively discussion, debate, and even in some rare cases, people changing their minds.

One of the best politics discussion sites I have seen so far. Good job RevLeft people !

I like how there seems to be a fairly positive environment in OI lately. The various sides in here seem to be discussing rather than arguing and being at each other's throats all the time like in some of the other boards.

Ironic really, considering that this is the Opposing Ideologies board. Its good though.

We OIers are really sweet people. (Or at least the regulars are--the assholes that drop by with their "let the poor starve" or their Nazi stuff are as appalling to us as they are th the regular RevLefters.)

After the Revolution we OIers will be the one's in charge. We'll know Communism (learned from you guys,) buy we also know how to run factories and make things work.

Oiers have the best of both worlds. :)

Oiers have the best of both worlds. :)

most the people in OI are admitted fat ass academics and wasters. when the revolution comes we won't even need to get rid of them; they won't be able to fend for themsleves without the working class providing for them.

whereas I've worked all my life, and in more factories than I can remember.

i think that a broad generalization, most of people that i know here are working class folks like me, only Tomk is a boss.

You might be a worker but a substantial portion of RL are also fatass academics and wasters.
