:
A ROW broke out last night over Ryanair (http://www.independent.ie/topics/Ryanair+Holdings+plc)'s claim that high charges at Dublin Airport (http://www.independent.ie/topics/Dublin+Airport) and a €10 Government tax will cost 2,200 Irish jobs.

Airline boss Michael O'Leary (http://www.independent.ie/topics/Michael+O%27Leary) made the dramatic statement yesterday, as he announced plans to cut Ryanair's Dublin (http://www.independent.ie/topics/Dublin)services by 20pc.

Some 200 of the jobs were to be cut at Ryanair itself, he said, while another 2,000 would be lost at "airport-related services".

Scumbag using a 10euro tax to sack workers . Should be put in jail for blackmail .

This is the same c-unt that was on the late late show a few weeks back explaining how he wanted to takeover aer lingus not because the private sector monopoly was only interested in making profit, but because it would result in a better cheaper service for 'the people' and is just for the good of all and that was the honourable motivation of the private sector, their only concern is for people's welfare!

This is especially ridic as they charge the 10 dollars in taxes to the customer. VERY few (like 1 in 300) have "no taxes" prices. Indeed Ryanair adds on fees for the most random shit, like....checking in at the airport is 10 euro, checking one bag is 20 euros, paying with a non electron card is another 10-20 dollars. They're evil, evil, evil bastards. I'm sticking with easyjet.

Ryanair treat their workers like shit. The media worship of him is actually sickening. Especially on Newstalk. I can't really listen to that station at all it's so ridiculously right-wing, not that RTE is much different. The blatantly obvious propaganda against the public service that came out at the time of the budget fiasco and after on Newstalk was disgusting. But it was so ridiculously over the top it was actually funny. It's no wonder the twat O'Leary is such a regular guest of honor on there.
