What is North Korea's economical system and governmental system referred to by revolutionaries?

Depends. To some its state capitalism, to others its socialism, for others its adegenerated workers state, to others still its an authoritarian dictatorship, etc etc.

I think the most realistic analysis is that its an authoritarian state capitalist system.

Juche, is the official state ideology. It is not merely authoritairian state capitalism, because they have created a whole mythology/some sort of twisted religion around it. I would almost call it a theocraty wrapped in wierd ultra-authoritairian socialist propaganda. But I would never call it communist, and it's also far from anything socialists aspire to.

It's hard to call it socialist in my opinion. There's quite a good documentary on it called "North Korea: A Day in the life" that has an interesting view of a textile factory and the factory meeting that happens after. While technically it seems that workers have an input, they are basically put in a position to blame themselves for failures and have to rehearse their hatred for America before they start the meeting.
Al Jazeera has a condensed version and it can be seen on youtube:

Officially, Juche, meaning 'Self-Reliance'.
Juche is a revisionist offshoot of Marxist theory, as it is based around idealistic concepts such as 'man being the master of all things', and the Kim cult. It's interesting, and I love the culture that came out of it, but it is not 'correct' Marxism. However, they have a revolutionary government with mass support, and collective property is the dominant form of property in the DPRK, so therefore, technically, we could call it socialist.
