I have two similar quesitons but asked in a different context.

To comrades who are or will be memebrs of some form of emergency service, say for example any nurse comrades or doctors, paramedics, etc.
In our current society, i.e. where we're not in open combat with fascist/capitalists, where we're in a capitalist society, what would you do if you were called to the scene of an accident or were in a hospital and had to treat an enemy of the working class/socialist movement such as Nick Griffen? I know its a hypothetical situation but say you had to treat someone you openly new was a nazi, a reactionary, anti-working class etc. Would you have moral problems with it?

Would you refuse to help this person? Why? Why not?

Would you help them because you believe everyone should be saved from death and suffering?

etc etc.

Treat them incorrectly, so they die of infection or something a few months later.

Who wants to help a Nazi/capitalist/fascist anyway?

If a person needs help and you're able to help, then help. After all, killing (by not treating) someone however much capitalist or racist/nazi that person is, isn't going to change the system. It's the system that needs killing. Now, if the situation involved them shooting at or attacking you, then by all means, defend yourself.

Well its part of the job, and if you did that you'd get sacked and banned from the proffesion.

Help them, for two reasons:

1) Why else would you join a service in which your clear duty is to help everyone?
2) Letting some fat cat or bonehead die won't help anything, in fact, it could help them in creating a sort of red scare.

If they came to then you have to help them no matter if the are a Capitalist pig or a Facist bum. Killing them not a good idea and no alot of people will come seeking your help again.

So say Nick Griffen came in and you were a doctor, nurse or paramedic, you'd treat him, fix him up, basically keep him alive?

Without a problem?

you could just get someone else to treat him

If it was Nick Griffen then not only would I treat him, but I would see to it that he returns to a normal and healthy state, then make sure everyone knows that a communist treated him. I think it would make a good impression for us.

it just depends, if theres a revolution going on and I knew the person is a facist/capitalist scumbag that has some type of political influence or can cause harm, then I'd poison him. I'm a communist before I'm a doctor.

I thought about that, thats a clever response.

By not treating the enemy, we would only be stooping to their level. There is no point in that. Besides, even though they are enemies of the Revolution, they are still human (believe it or not) and deserve treatment as such.
