I think nowadays the onion is only half of a funny news organization-that is, half of their material has thought behind it and is actually funny. The other half is scrapped together shortly before 'print' (or 'post') and is just filler space. They should release it half as often and make an entire onion.

3 months is not really a valid period for evaluation, hasn't it been around for like 50-70 years? I remember seeing an old headline from the start of the state of Israel that was something like: "Israel founded - jews from Europe look forward to peace with new and much friendlier neighbours"
