each time i start work somewhere, i carefully examine how it work and all that, look out for main issue etc.

so here how it work:
we sell computer and stuff like that for residential use. i am in charge of the warehouse and th receipt the merchandise. On my level, there is also a guy doing the RMA, and oddly, an underpaid technician that is doing basicly a ton of shitty things he would not be supposed to do (shipping is one of them).

we got people that sell stuff, most of them nice person, except 2 jerk that put pressures on everyones.
we got a fews technician, and some administratives cadres.

recently, there been rumors that a bunch of pissed off people would leave relatively soon, including my old pal the underpaid, overworked technician.

The persons of the administration dont seem to understand that asking a technician to ship stuff is not really a good idea to keep the guy motivated, and they will loose ton of people of they keep doing shit like that.

i am gonna try to establish a good atmosphere inside the departmement, then engage a discussion with the cadres about the discontent of their former employee, i notice a lot of things my comrades dont like in the buisness, personally, i consider myself a tough guy, so if the people selling stuff give me shit, i wont really care, but that pressure make the life of some of my fellow workers intelorable.

i have been hired and underpaid back then, but i worked in a nice work atmosphere, so i didnt really cared, but right now, if somebody dont do something i might not have a stable working partner for centuries.

Sometimes reading your posts is like reading William S. Burroughs.

So basically your co-workers are badly mistreated and are planning to all quite at once for some sort of "revenge"?

I think this is a good thing to stick it to them but only if they can all find new jobs. I also worked for a computer company once that provided services locally, but since it was a local company people were often found doing all sorts of other jobs unrelated to their job title, which is vague anyway, like 'technician.'

Getting the most efficiency out of the worker (slave) is basically what companies are supposed to do.

well, its not some kind of rebellion, its more like a mixed bag of weird event mixed together, some are leaving for better pay, other beccause they are pissed.

at the end, i wish i could do something to make the atmosphere better, and keep a comrade for more than 6 month.
