In the agreement for joining the forums it says " If you are an right-winger or convinced capitalist and can accept this rule, good.", it should be a not an.

One must realise that not everybody on this site speaks english as their native tongue, althought it is grammatically incorrect, it's not really worth the effort to correct it.
