Yes, poets in the US also express their opposition to this war. Yesterday
was the Day of Poetry Against the War. More than 5,000 writers have
expressed their opposition to this little adventure, from E.L. Doctorow and
Lawrence Ferlighetti to the youngest generation.
They tried to give some poems to Laura Bush, but she ordered the White
House guard against receiving them.
