The rules are 8 discs, one which you would pick if you could only take one, a luxury and a book, along with the complete works of Shakespeare and the Bible.

1- In Utero, Nirvana. 2- A Weekend in the City, Bloc Party. 3- The Art of Drowning, AFI. 4- The Queen is Dead, the Smiths. 5- Siren Song of the Counter Culture, Rise Against. 6- Disintegration, the Cure. 7- Penis Envy, Crass. 8- I Brought you my bullets, you brought me your love, My Chemical Romance (it was their good album, ok).

If I could only take one, AoD

My book would be a massive collection of Shelley. If I could swap the bible, it would be for Das Kapital.

My luxury would be either my guitar or a gert supply of flapjacks.

Just the One - manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible

Book - Small Gods by Terry Pratchett

I was going on a similar line of the complete works of a classic/"great" author in a single volume, or a book on historiography which I am particularly fond of, but I have been reading Terry Pratchett books for the best part of 15 years and he has never become stale.
