Using the ideas of a guy from the early 1900s. Well, a bit of editing here and there, and editing in (with some alterations) ideas from PFANS and, naturally, eliminating any and all patriotic elements, replaced with internationalism. Also eliminating all of the 'discipline' bullcrap, though technically 'Reform or Revolution' was done before De Leonism was created, after which he became more libertarian. But still.
Also, incorporating the unschooling and free skooling movements (the free skools, not the "We're better than most other schools, and we'll call ourselves free even though we're really just engaging in school reform" ones). For a liberated humanity, we need eternal school holidays.
